and Confidential - I will not share your Intellectual
Property with anyone unless explicitly requested to do so
by you, in the furtherance of your project aims and objectives.
Intellectual Property
Protection (IPP): Protecting
your Intellectual Property at every stage of any project I
am engaged to work on is paramount to me as an ethical and
responsible business. I will ensure that you are properly
credited, referenced and where applicable financially remunerated
for any Intellectual Property which in the course of our working
together requires you to share your ideas with me. In the
event that it is critical to your project development to share
your IP, I will ONLY do so with your prior
Written Agreement, which will explicitly
state the parameters for the level of sharing. You have my
commitment that your IP will only be shared with individuals
and organisations which have proven themselves Trust

Environmental Policy:
I acknowledge that some of
my business activities will have an impact on the environment.
As an environmentally aware individual, I have been working
hard for the past 6-years to reduce consumption, waste and
Carbon Footprint, and increase recycling. The achieved % for
2009-2010 are:
Consumption reduced by 50%, waste reduced by 60%, recycling
increased to 75%, carbon footprint reduced by 70%. I continue
to work hard to make further ensure that my impact on the
environment is kept to a minimum.
Data Protection:
All /any electronic data collected while undertaking
a work assignment or project development for you is Protected
under the 1983 Data Protection Act; and will be returned to
you or destroyed as per our contractual agreement on completion
of the project.
